Doctor Rebecca Perlow
 






We first heard about Encino Tarzana Regional Medical Center when our friends Catherine and Billy
had their child there.  We researched the facility on the web and learned that they had great classes
 and baby resources:  especially the Women's Pavilion.
 

 So we wanted to have the baby there--but were not looking forward to the task of finding 
 a new doctor.  We're pretty picky, and bedside manner weighs a lot with us.  More research on the 
 web and we came across Dr. Rebecca Perlow's name with endless praise from multiple sources.  Academic
 sites, maternity forums, midwife sites...so we went in to check her out.
 

She was perfect.  From the get go.  Dr. Perlow made us feel that we could actually do this thing, and that only comes
from a mind-boggling amount of deliveries.  Her birthing plans and recommendations were optimistic and 
realistic.  She talked to Sam in the belly on every visit.  This woman has so much love for the miracle 
she takes part in daily it had no choice but to spill all over us and Sam.
 

 Even at the hospital, the nurses all said she was the best.  They all wanted to do deliveries with her 
 exclusively.  Dr. Medawar, the pediatrician looking Sam over told us we were blessed to have had the best doctor 
 deliver Sam, which by then, we of course knew.
 

Thank you, Dr. Perlow, for making the pregnancy and delivery the best it could have been.
